How do I scan an outfit?

Open DripMaxx, choose Scan, then take a clear full-outfit photo or select one from your photo library. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive your rating and suggestions.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store connected to your device. Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, find DripMaxx, and choose the option you need.

Why can’t I access my account?

Check that you are using the same sign-in method and email used to create the account. You can also use “Forgot password” from the sign-in screen.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, scroll down, and select Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the contact information on this page. See the account deletion page for details.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your DripMaxx username or account email, your device type, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or payment-card information.
